1. THE CONTEST
These Rules and Regulations apply to all Concertpass™ giveaways, organized and administered by Live Media Labs Inc.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Contests are open to residents of the United States, but excluding employees, directors, and officers of Live Media Labs Inc. or employees, directors and officers of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as family members of any of the foregoing. You must meet the age requirement of an event to enter the giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER AND HOW TO WIN
To enter the contest you must be a member of Concertpass™, which you can do by signing up. Once you’ve done that, you can enter the contests on the website or in the mobile apps. prior to the closing of the contest on or before the start of the event , by entering to win based on each individual deals entrance rules.
5. DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING A PRIZE
The contest winner(s) will be notified by email or social media based on the type of reward created. Make sure your email and all other information requested is correct in your account settings or on the reward entry forms. The winner must claim the award within the time limit mentioned in the email we send. If the winner fails either to claim the award or inform Concertpass™, of his or her inability to claim the award before the Deadline, his or her entry will be forfeited. Prize winners will be required to provide valid, government-issued identification when claiming a prize, failing which he or she will forfeit the prize.
Winners are responsible for all incidental expenses incurred in connection with accepting the award. Winners understand that they may not seek reimbursement for the expenses from Live Media Labs Inc., or their respective advertising and promotional agencies.
7. LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be discarded. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are reproduced, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
8. CHANCES OF WINNING
Chances of winning depend on the number of Contest Participant during the Contest Period, as specified, and/or number of qualified Contest entrants.
9. NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
Live Media Labs Inc., the artist, promoter, venue or advertiser makes no representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any prize. Winners understand, and acknowledge that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from Live Media Labs Inc.,the artist, promoter, venue or advertiser, should an award fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to the winner. In the event that the show is canceled, no substitution will be offered.
12. PRIZE TO BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED
The reward is not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of the award is offered. Should a winner be unable to claim an award as awarded, his or her entry will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for booking travel accommodations and will issued a travel voucher code which can be applied to booked airfare.
13. SUBSTITUTION OR CHANGE TO THE CONTESTS
Live Media Labs Inc. and their respective advertising and promotional agencies reserve the right to substitute a prize or any component thereof for those of approximately the same value and reserve the right to change the Contest rules or terminate or withdraw the Contest at any time, without prior notice.
14. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
All entries shall become the property of Live Media Labs Inc.. The Releases assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to any failure or technical malfunction of the on-line computer systems of equipment, servers, access providers, software, poor reception, technical problems, failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause.
15. CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONALITY
By entering a Contest, each entrant, including the winner, consents to the use of his or her name, city of residence, photograph, image or any other aspect of his or her personality for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by Live Media Labs Inc., and it’s promotional agencies, without any payment or compensation.
16. CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information including name, email address, and city of residence, each Contest entrant grants permission to Live Media Labs Inc. to the collection and use of the Registrant Information for the purpose of inclusion on future email from Concertpass™ and Live Media Labs Inc. You also consent to the promoter and/or sponsoring parties accessing your information.
17. NO DISRUPTION TO CONTEST
All Contest entrants agree to respect the entry process and the operation of the Contest as outlined in these rules and regulations.Live Media Labs Inc. may disqualify or ban from future contests any Contest entrant or person whoLive Media Labs Inc. believes is tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or behaving with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person associated with Live Media Labs Inc. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or to undermine the legitimate operation of a contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should any such attempt be made by a Contest entrant or other person,Live Media Labs Inc. may seek damages or other relief from such Contest entrant or other person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, as well as the laws of The United States or any states within.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the administrators of this page and not to Facebook.
